Frequently asked questions

How long does it take to set-up vSure?

Minutes, not hours. It is a well-tried and proven solution.

What about existing staff, how do we get them into vSure?

You have 3 options:
1. Simply turn on the vSure integration to your HR or WFM and all staff will receive an email and SMS asking them for their up-to-date proof of work rights. A great opportunity to audit your existing staff and shift the workload off the HR team; OR

2. If you have all the existing proof of work rights data (Passport information, birth certificate or citizenship certificate details), then you can upload simply from a CSV file; OR

3. A Combination of the 2 above.

What happens when I onboard a new candidate or employee?

You won't need to collect work rights information in your Recruitment, Onboarding or HR system Through integration, or as a stand alone saolution, all new staff will receive an email and/or SMS from the vSure platform requesting proof of work rights documents.

So are you saying I never have to do a VEVO check again?

Yep. vSure will automate VEVO checks moving forward. You never have to worry about checking visas again!

How often does vSure check temporary visas?

It's up to you, but most clients set the system to:

  • Recheck all temporary visas every month; AND
  • Recheck all visas 14 days out from expiry; AND
  • Recheck visas the day after expiry (which will find the Bridging Visas, which don't show in VEVO until after the previous visa expires)
How much does it cost?

As a price guide is around $3.00 per visa holder per calendar month.
